Epitalon (also spelled Epithalon/Epithalone) is a synthetic tetrapeptide with the sequence Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly (AEDG). It was developed from research on pineal peptide preparations and has been studied in aging, neuroendocrine, antioxidant, gene-expression and telomerase-related models.

A 2025 review summarized a broad body of in-vitro, in-vivo and in-silico literature, while also noting that the mechanisms are incompletely defined. Because four-residue peptides are analytically simple but biologically nonspecific, careful controls are important when attributing observed effects.
