Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

These terms govern use of the Biolabica website and orders placed through it. Product-specific information, an accepted quotation and an order confirmation may add conditions for a particular purchase.

LEGAL

1. Seller information

The seller is Tradiora OÜ, registration number 17552761 and VAT number EE103007201, trading as Biolabica. The published operator contact is [email protected].

2. Research-use eligibility

Products are supplied strictly as research materials for lawful laboratory, analytical or research work. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cosmetic use, food use or household use. By ordering, the customer confirms authority and legal eligibility to acquire, store, handle and use the products for the stated research purpose.

3. Product information and availability

We aim to present product identity, format, price, stock and available documentation clearly. Availability may change before an order is accepted. Images may be illustrative; the product name, SKU, selected variant and order confirmation identify the ordered item.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. The contract is formed at the point defined in the approved order workflow or order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where supply, payment, destination, legal, security or eligibility requirements are not met, subject to applicable law.

5. Prices, tax and payment

The authoritative subtotal, tax, delivery charge and final total are shown in checkout. Only displayed payment methods are available for the current order. Payment must be authorised before fulfilment unless written commercial terms state otherwise.

6. Delivery

Delivery options depend on the product, destination and current carrier configuration. Any delivery window is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise. The customer must provide accurate delivery information and ensure lawful receipt and appropriate storage.

7. Inspection and order issues

Customers should inspect deliveries promptly and report visible damage, missing items or incorrect products with the order reference and supporting evidence. Products must not be returned without instructions.

8. Returns and withdrawal

Applicable rights and procedures are described in the Returns and Withdrawal pages. Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.

9. Responsible handling

The customer is responsible for qualified handling, risk assessment, secure storage, institutional procedures and compliance with applicable laws. Website content does not replace professional judgement, validated laboratory methods or product-specific documentation.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, responsibility is limited to direct loss reasonably connected with a breach and does not extend to unsupported or prohibited uses of the products.

11. Intellectual property and website use

The website, brand assets, layout and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the website for lawful product evaluation and ordering, but may not interfere with security, misuse accounts, scrape protected areas or reproduce substantial content without permission.

12. Changes

The current terms apply to website use and orders placed after their effective date. Material changes will be published on this page and will not remove rights already attached to an accepted order.
