Wholesale terms

Wholesale access is intended for verified organisations and authorised representatives sourcing products for lawful research, analytical or laboratory work. Verification may be requested before a quotation or order is accepted.

An enquiry is not an order and does not reserve stock. A quotation identifies the supported product scope, quantity, price, tax treatment, validity period, available documentation, delivery assumptions and payment terms.

A wholesale order is accepted only through the confirmation route stated in the quotation or written agreement. Changes to product, quantity, destination or documentation requirements may require a revised quotation.

Availability and lead times are estimates until expressly confirmed. Batch allocation, documentation and delivery planning may depend on current stock and destination requirements.

Wholesale pricing applies only to the stated customer, quantity, validity period and delivery context. Payment terms are those in the accepted quotation. Unauthorised deductions or withholding may delay fulfilment.

The customer must provide accurate legal and delivery details, ensure lawful receipt and inspect the shipment promptly. Visible damage, discrepancies or missing items should be reported with the order reference and supporting evidence.

The Research Use Policy applies to all wholesale purchases. Resale, transfer or distribution is allowed only where expressly agreed and lawful, and must not misrepresent the products or remove required labels and documentation.

B2B orders do not automatically include consumer withdrawal rights. Cancellation, returns and credits follow the accepted quotation, these terms, mandatory law and any written agreement for the order.

Non-public quotations, price tiers and commercial materials are provided for the recipient's internal evaluation unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.
