Unopened, sealed products in original condition go back within 14 days of receipt. Please send an email to [email protected], and include:
Photos of the outer packaging.
Photos of the contents (vials, boxes).
Order arrived damaged or faulty?
Report it within 48 hours of receipt to [email protected], and include:

A short description of what is wrong.
We will send a replacement free of charge. On request, you may return the damaged products for our records.
